At UN Cotton, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s our simple guide to returns and refunds.

 

Key Return Policy Points

 

  • Timeframe: Please notify us of any issue or return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Condition: All returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • How to Start: To begin a return, please email us at returns.jbtraders@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.


 

Reasons for a Return

 

1. If You Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item:

We are so sorry for the mistake! We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Step 1: Email us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Step 2: Please include your order number and clear photos of the faulty item and its packaging.

  • Step 3: We will guide you through the next steps and cover all shipping costs.

2. If You’ve Simply Changed Your Mind:

That’s okay! If the item isn’t for you, you can return it as long as it meets our condition policy (unworn, with tags, etc.).

  • Shipping Charges: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping fees. These charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.


 

Our Refund Process

 

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions.

  • Approval: We will email you to let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Deductions: Please remember that for change-of-mind returns, shipping costs and any non-refundable payment gateway fees will be deducted from the total refund.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

 

  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without their original tags.

  • Any return request made more than 48 hours after you’ve received the item.
