At UN Cotton, we are excited to get your comfortable new apparel to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All our products are shipped with care from our home base in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed and packed, it will be handed over to our trusted courier partners.

2. Shipping Timelines

We strive to deliver your products promptly. Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time is typically  3 to 4 business days, depending on your location in India.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Within Tamil Nadu : 2 – 3 business days.

    • Rest of India: 3 – 4 business days.

    • Other countries: 4 – 6 business days.

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or issues on the courier’s end. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

  • This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website, where you can monitor the real-time status of your delivery.

We partner with a network of trusted and reliable national courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
